Job Description
1- Receives customers’ inquiries and suggests replacement of non-available parts.
2- Discusses parts prices with customers and prepares quotations for clients’ purchases.
3- On receiving purchase order prepares drafts for part collection, arranges for delivery and prepares invoices.
4- Prepares order requests for unavailable parts to the suppliers.
5- Follows up on customer’s cash, cheque or credit payments.
6- Submits monthly report on collection forecast.
7- Reviews competitors parts and prices and makes recommendations to the management for possible actions.
8- Performs other duties as assigned by line manager
