Master Technician : -

Responsibilities: -

1- maintain skill levels and full awareness of all technology used in the vehicle range
2- Talk directly to customers with any long-term vehicle concerns
3- ensure that all work is carried out in full and followed up until resolved.
4- coach and develop other technicians within the workshop

Requirements:

1- Degree / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering. Degree / Diploma in Business Management will be advantage.
2- Knowledge of current automotive technology in such areas as fuel control systems, electronic systems, automatic transmissions, engines, suspension system, and anti-lock brakes, …….etc.
3-At least 10 years of experience
