Establish & reviewing the shop drawings and technical submittals & follow up the materials take off from contract
- Drawings
- Leading the project construction activities and the project construction team (project engineers site engineers - site Forman) to run the MEP construction activities as per the approved base line construction schedule, approved Materials approved method statements and approved shop drawings
- Ensures project completion within specified time by constantly monitoring progress on a daily basis utilizing proper data and reports
- Manage expenses related to project execution and monitors costs
- Sanctions/approves expenses as per approved budget and finance policy
- Follow and run all of the construction activities in full complement to the company approved hse policies and Procedures
- Review daily work plan program and liaising with the planning engineer to prepare the monthly achieved construction
- Activities, following, monitoring and scheduling the performance of any subcontracted works and report on his Performance to the project manager
- Signing off on completed MEP (mechanical-electrical-plumbing) works with completed documentation and the as-built
- As A mep site / construction manager.
- Over all in charge on MEP construction activities on the job site (mep CONSTRUCTION WORK)
- Studying the MEP systems & bms contract specifications/drawings
- Establish & reviewing the shop drawings and technical submittals & follow up the materials
- Reviewing contractors claims related to MEP works and preparing recommendations for
- Perform all other duties given by mep pm
- Prepare the project work- progress reports
- Managing & control the MEP QA/QC staff
- Bms (building management system)

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical.
• 10 - 20 years Experience in big construction projects
• Very Good User for MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
• Very good English
