 Performs the required design tasks within the allocated time (before the deadline) with the lowest number of design errors meeting customers’ and other engineer’s requirements.
 Ensures that all design tasks are developed with the highest quality and according to the customer needs and wants.
 Participates in the establishment of strategies, policies and goals for the company, as well as for the Business Unit.
 Advises top management on strategic business developments, key corporate planning issues and makes recommendations on various business decisions.
 Sets the estimated budget, and monitors the Business Unit's expenditures and financial performance in coordination with the CFO.
 Reviews the received TOR and/or meets with the client to get his insights, ideas, perceptions, expectations as well as the project specifications and requirements.
 Supervises and ensures the coordination with the client with regards to the preliminary design ideas and receives his feedback and recommendations for changes.
 Collaborates with other Section Managers from other disciplines to discuss project requirements and prevents any structural, mechanical or electrical design issues and in order to disseminate customer requirements and expectations among them.
 Prepares the design drawings and final sketches in a total presentation package (including design drawings, renderings, models & report etc.).
 Conducts presentation for the client and receives his/her opinion/feedback and if any changes required.
 Recommends appropriate training courses as per the pre determined Training Needs and evaluates their effectiveness, and monitors their results on the Business Unit's and employee's performance.
 Carries out performance appraisals for subordinates according to planned schedules and recommends necessary actions as per the applied practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
• More than 20 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software required
• Excellent use of 3D MAX, Photoshop & Sketch up
• Capable in using various project management software applications such as MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD/STAD.
