Job Description
1-Administer compensation and benefit plans
2-Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes and personnel as well
3-Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as VISA, insurance, etc
4-Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
5-Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
6-Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations

1- BSc /BA in Business administration or relevant field
2- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
3- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
4- Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
5- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
6- Excellent communication and people skills
7- Additional HR training will be a plus
