A largest Health club located in Doha - Qatar needs to hire the following position:
Job Title: Guest Service Manager (Female)
Job Description:
1.Providing help & advice to customers using the club’s services.
2.Communication courteously w/ customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
3.Investigating & solving customers problems.
4.Handling customers complaints or any major incidents.
5.Writing reports analyzing the customer service that the club provides and advise.
6.Developing feedback or complaints procedures for members & guests to use.
7.Improving customer service procedures, policies & standards for the club.
8.Learning about the club services and keeping up to date with changes, packages and promotions.
9.Keeping ahead of developments in customer service.
10.Conduct visitors & potential members around the club to show them the club’s facilities.
11.Customer relations management.
