Job Description
• Achieve the Sales Target, as set by Management, in order to ensure the Division’s sales objectives are successfully met.
• Conduct periodic visits to new and existing Customers to explore potential opportunities to sell vehicles or follow up on existing inquiries.
• Conduct presentations, test drives and other methodologies to highlight the vehicles strengths, which will help in promoting and selling the vehicles to the Customer.
• Be knowledgeable on all of the Division’s vehicle product line, including its specifications and cost.
• Obtain new customers for the division in order to support the Division’s in its continuous growth and expansion in the fleet sales market.
• Build, manage and maintain Customer networks and relationships to exploit potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and obtain appointments for prospective Customers in order to promote the Division and its products.
• Provide a very good and positive impact to the Customer about the Division and its products.
• Develop one’s own Customer Database, with all relevant information necessary for future reference.
• Ensure the delivery of utmost customer service during the whole process to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

Job Skills
• Any relevant Bachelor Degree preferable who graduate from Faculty of Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience Automotive Fleet Sales.
• Background in Fleet Sales or Corporate, Business to Business Sales.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to listen and ask the right questions.
• Ability to easily build rapport and affinity to different customers and their representatives.
• Self-Motivated and Results Oriented.
• Presentable and having a Professional outlook.
• Committed to the products and exhibiting a Positive Attitude.
• Team Player
