1.Testing:
-perform functional, usability, performance, and regression testing on software applications.

2- Technical Writing:
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, API guides, release notes, and product overviews.
- Work with development, support, and product teams to gather detailed product information.
- Maintain and update online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

- 2-4 years of experience in software testing and/or technical writing.
- Proven experience in testing software applications and writing technical documentation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g.JIRA) and testing tools
