1-Lead Daily and weekly monitoring for warranty claims to assure all service claims submitted and accepted by vendor.

&Prepare new claim processes and modify which are already existing to suite vendor agreement.

2-Train all Staff on claim SOP.

3/Analysis of on hand stock consumption to identify Non/Slow Moving Items to be returned to Vendors before lead time.

4-Plan spare parts forecast for all brands to secure Suitable buffer stock to avoid Pending and delay.

•Bachelor degree

minimums 2 years of experience
