We're Hiring: Team Leader - Software Engineer

to Join a leading B2B2X financial technology platform specializing in innovative and secure solutions for the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and build scalable software solutions.
Lead the software development lifecycle: planning, estimation, execution, and delivery.
Establish coding standards and secure development practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and support.
Ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years’ experience in back-end development with expertise in Spring Framework.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (Postgres). Experience with NoSQL databases, Elastic Search, or Docker Swarm is a plus.
Familiarity with secure coding practices and frameworks.
