                Job Description
                
                    •Develops and implements Finance/Accounting plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate Finance strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
•Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
•Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
•Providing and interpreting financial information.
•Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
•Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
•Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
•Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
•Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
•Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
•Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts.
•Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
•Managing budgets.
•Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.
•Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
•Other duties may be assigned later.

Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar field in industrial companies, preferably in FMCG.
Good analytical skills and costing and industrial costing awareness.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience in ERP Oracle E- Business suite.
Good in written and spoken English.
