All the design activities required for the Project
• Carry out all design and engineering works assigned to him.
• Plan day-to-day activities and coordinate with design consultant accordingly.
• Coordinate with consultant, vendors, and subcontractors for the preparation of the design in line the Project Technical Specification requirements.
• Prepare/Submit design submittal to the client.
• Follow up with client for the approval/comments on the design submittal.
• Coordinate with the consultant, vendors etc. for rectification of the comments raised by the client and submission of the revised design package incorporating the client comments.
• Follow up all design issues with customer (meeting, clarification, etc.).
• Study the requirements of design changes if any and report to the Project Manager.
• Update Project Manager about the design changes before implementation.
• Evaluate the effect of design changes to overall quality/schedule & cost of the project.
• He reports to the Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Construction Projects.
• Type of executed projects : Substation Construction Projects
• Excellent communication skills.
• V.Good English command

Ideal candidate(s) should have a significant experience in the following:
• EPC Contracting for the Construction & Reinforcement of MV/HV/EHV Substations
• High Voltage Cabling
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Major Power Equipment
• O & M of Power Plants & Substations
