 To deliver growth ahead of the market
 Full P&L responsibility for company business in Egypt, with full signatory authority
 Implementation and continued development of the growth strategy in sales, service and supply chain management.
 Manage the product offerings, growth initiatives and positioning strategies to ensure the continued growth of the business and alignment with the strategic direction of company’s global business and customers.
 Recruitment and development of local staff.
 Develop and foster relationship with customers and potential new customers, distributor partners, industry associations, and government organisations where needed
 Assure compliance with legal acts of the company and group corporate policies, procedures and strategic direction.
 Establish goals and measurements where appropriate to assure progress versus the company goals.
 Review plans, budget and programs involved in the operations and activities within the structure.
 Maintain accurate records and files of all company activities.
 Ensure headcount, skills and training are appropriate and in alignment with global directives.

 Management experience in a sales environment of Mechanical Engineering products (ie rotating equipment, pumps, machinery, automotive, etc) with well-developed customer driven approach.
 Familiarity with compressor related business would be a distinct advantage.
 Capable of managing communications and relationships with HQ, BKG management team and on site staff.
 Solid knowledge of financial management, with ability to make sound commercial judgments indicated by the financials.
 Capable of operating independently while respecting established reporting procedures within a multinational corporation.
 Strategic and creative thinker; able to identify changing market drivers and opportunities and take initiatives to get them.
 Must be willing to travel throughout Egypt and where necessary overseas.
 Must be fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and writtenIf interested and meeting the above criteria
