-Sending inquiries to suppliers for quotation.
-Provides full evaluation and analyze based on the commercial and technical quotations received from suppliers.
-Negotiates prices with suppliers wherever possible and prepare a price comparison sheet.
-Pricing the items based on comparison and break
-Provide full detailed breakdown for each item, based on labor, material and equipment prices.
-Have a wide knowledge for material and labor prices and production rates.

•Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil.
•3 - 5 years' Experience in big construction projects (Gulf Area Experience Advantage)
•Very Good User for MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
•Courses preparation or certifications related to total cost Management are advantage
•Very good English
•Very good communication skills
