Job Title: Controlling Engineer
Job Description:
1. Project Preparation Phase:

•Edit and modify Drawings and documents to ensure data integrity
•Keep and control all drawings of the project
•Prepare drawings and documentation logs as directed by Construction Manager
•Assist Construction Manager with required projects details
•To be involved in the project master time schedule
•Document controlling

2. Project Construction Phase
•Collect all data or photos from the site
•Prepare required Reports for the project
•Cost controlling
•Time controlling
•Assets inventory
•Document controlling

3. Project Maintenance Phase

•Contracts controlling
•Prepare required Reports for the project
•Cost controlling
•Time controlling
•Assets inventory
•Document controlling

•Bachelor degree in Engineering most preferably Architecture/Civil
•2- 4 years of experience as a controlling engineer
•prior experience in a high volume Retail buildings environment strongly preferred
•High skills in multiple CAD programs 2D &3D and general computing theory
•High skills in planning programs (Microsoft Project or Primavera)
•Skill and experienced usage of 2D,3D CAD software, preferably Solid Works; as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office package
•Knowing about general project management programs
•Ability to read ,edit ,modify and understand construction plans
•Presentation skills
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure
