•Coordinating project resources to ensure completion on time and within budget
•Ensuring project execution in accordance with the project quality control plan and quality requirements in the contract
•Ensuring that all works are in accordance with contract specifications
•Resolving engineering matters concerning project execution, planning and site queries (in cooperation with the project engineer, work preparation engineer and site engineers)
•Informing the project manager on all relevant aspects of construction works in terms of planning, progress, quality, and safety and subcontractor performance.
•Plan, execute, and finalize Marine and construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
•Oversee all Marine & civil construction including Breakwaters, shore protection, quay walls, etc….

•Bachelor degree in civil engineering
•10 years of experience in marine works & Construction projects
•Computer Skills: excellent
•Language Skills : Fluent in English (spoken and written)
•Other qualification required :
1.Thorough knowledge of contract specifications, budget, construction processes and quality requirements, materials, equipment and tools
2.Analytical and organizational skills
3.Flexibility to adapt to very diverse site circumstances
