Job Description
Strategy & Planning:
- Support company business expansion and growth (all divisions) across the region.
- Oversee and ensure compliance to policies and standards covering all functions.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with the industry and industry representatives, municipality and government offices.
- Ensure that the cinemas’ statutory responsibilities are met.
Leadership:
- Lead the cinema management team.
- Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity.
Human Resources
- Prescribe the authority and delegate responsibilities to the cinema team, and monitor performance.
- Support recruitment & training strategies.
Financial
• Monitor the financial functions of the cinema.
• Monitor revenue activity reports and financial statements.
• Ensure the cinema’s compliance with all contracts, legal agreements and the proper execution of all municipality and government requirements.
Operations
• Communicate current and new Operations policies to team to ensure compliance to local and international laws.
• Adhere to the company issued policies and procedures.
• Monitor the facility and equipment through audits, asset registers and periodic services.
Technical
• Support the technical team throughout installations at new and upgraded cinema locations.
Marketing, Information Technology & E Commerce
• Support the development and implementation of simple, innovative yet reliable e commerce applications and websites to promote the company’s services
• Be aware of competitor's activities and report to necessary parties.
Film & Distribution
• Ensure F&D commitments are upheld through correct placement and handling of distributor merchandise and film property.
• Support

Job Skills
• Graduate in any discipline is preferred
• A minimum of 5+years' relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in Cinema, F&B or Leisure & Entertainment similar industry in a management role is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English & Arabic is a must.
