-Review all internal processes, systems, and policies and make recommendations to ensure the risk to the business is minimized to deliver improvements by advising, coaching, and facilitating in order to not undermine the responsibility of management.
-To assist the directors presenting in BSDC & AC in fulfilling its oversight of the financial reporting process, internal control environment, ethics, performance standards, and organization’s processes for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations and the code of conduct.
-To raise awareness of risk, internal control, and corporate governance within the organization, and provide counsel to management, in order to assist them in enhancing the performance of the organization and ensure continuous improvement in process management including the decision-making process.
Qualifications :
- BSC in finance, Quality Management, or any related major.
- 10:12 years of relevant experience in audit preferably in MNC.
- ISO Certification or knowledge.
