• Formulate and implement business plans and sales strategies
• Guide, lead and motivate team of sales representative to achieve their business objectives.
• Making appointments with and meeting new customers
• Meeting sales targets
• Execute daily sales promotion activities and projects in general trade channels
• Manage sales performance in terms of sales volume, inventory, and payment
• Establish good relationship with general trade customers
• Explore new business opportunities and market intelligence
• Prepare sales forecast and analysis reports for management views
• To provide excellent after sales service and ensure excellent customer experience

• University Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in Sales activity of Fruits, Vegetables, or FMCG.
• Good Knowledge of MS applications
• Fluent in English
• Maximum age is 30 years old
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills with his team work and clients.
• MUST have a driving License
