Job Description
A leading group of companies Located in Riyadh - KSA is seeking to hire for its Food & Beverages Company

Job Description:
• To review Inventory over all imported stocks and prepare tonnage report of major imported commodity products for submission to the Owner. Stock demand report to include: stock on-hand, in transit, on-order, demand sales forecast, etc.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics Dept. to get forecasts, product requests to orders,
• To source products as per requirements , get updated prices, negotiate prices, product specifications, payment term, shipment date
• Submit comparative product analysis, how long stock last, average monthly sales, targets... etc.
• To check/compare current quotations with previous prices whether increase/decrease, % difference – submit to Owner.
• To be fully responsible of all imported purchases – trading products, raw materials, packaging materials ( cartons, bags, plastics, pails ,etc.) related to Trading,
• Local supplies, showrooms food/non-food, tools, decoration items... Etc.
• Responsible for all business e-mails / correspondence, sending replies, make correspondence in general scope – request samples, remarks on products, report complaints, competitors activities in market. etc.
• Supervise works of Imports Dept. ( shipping ,system entries, reports , detention charges, documentations, labels, SFDA registration, purchase orders

Job Skills
Job Requirements
• Academic Qualifications – Commercial Degree
• Experience Required- 4 years of experience in job related to Importations, Customs works, shipping/documentations , knowledge in LC preparations
• Excellent English.
• Experience in managing inventory, or ability to learn this skill.
• Experience or ability to learn delegation skills.
• Computer Skills – competent in operation of the POS systems, Purchasing, MS Office
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to implement change management activities
• Ability to demonstrate managing multiple priorities and be able to work under pressure.
• Adaptable and able to quickly establish rapport with others and work in a diverse working environment.
