Job Description:
Directs the HVAC section and leads engineering
duties related to planning and designing the
required heating, ventilation, air conditioning
(HVAC) and refrigeration mechanical systems
selecting the type and size of equipment and/or
components (including but not limited to:
compressed air and medical gas system,
centralized heat, cooling gas, water, steam and
fuel systems)
Ensures to perform the required design within the
allocated budgeted hours (as per agreed upon
project plan) with the lowest number of errors.
Sets the estimated budget, and monitors the
Business Unit's expenditures and financial
performance in coordination with the CFO.
Provides technical assistance and expertise
related to determining the size of HVAC ducting,
and preparation of ducting layout and conducts
friction loss calculation of duct work.
Manages and supervises the preparation of all
mechanical designs and construction drawings,
including but not limited to, central HVAC
drawings, for the projects and advise necessary
notes and recommendations.
Follows-up on employee administrative affairs
such as: vacations, leaves …etc.
