Job Description:
Future business plan for the company, (Balance
sheet, income statement and cash flow).
Perform financial analysis including financial
indicators that the company needs.
Preparation of annual plan (budget), for the
investment consistent with the long-term
company’s plan.
Monitoring the financial news using specialist
media sources.
Work closely with Development team to maximize
the asset's income potential.
Lead financial modeling, return analysis and
evaluate future funding needs.
Maintain focus and assess all capital works based
on ROE and Total Return.
Financial modeling and projection.
Quarterly analysis of capital cost.
Analyzing financial information relating to specific
companies - similar companies, e.g. company
results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash
flow statements to determine how an
organization is positioned to deliver for investors.
Perform any work directly related to investment
analysis assigned by his direct supervisor.
Report to VP of Finance and Support services.
