Job Description:
Lead the Consumer insights agenda for GCC
Foods BU.
Lead the shopper and revenue management
agenda for the BU.
Lead the consumer and market analysis in
addition to Need States opportunity sizing
analysis for development into the BU's SBPs
decks.
Work across functions to help the marketing and
sales team diagnose market execution and
recommend corrective actions.
Assist in qualifying product and pack innovations.
Assist in developing high scoring communication
via leading the copy testing for the BU brands.
Lead the consumer and equity tracking analysis in
addition to tracking and evaluating marketing
campaigns.
Manages and develops the agency team to deliver
on the PEP insights agenda for the BU.
Presents RA and KPIs business reviews to the BU
leadership team on monthly basis.
Leads the post launch evaluations analysis.
Lead the product benchmark research and
coordinate with marketing and R&D.
Interacts with the sales team to optimize the push
agenda.
Assist in the market growth forecasts for the BU
for input into SBP planning.
