Occupations:

Bachelor’s degree in HVAC design and engineering

of large projects, Professional engineer, LEED

certified with 20+ years of HVAC design,

experience in District Cooling and other building

cooling systems

Familiarity with Chilled Water systems (Air cooled

and water cooled), D/X Systems and VRF Systems

and Design codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA and

SMACNA.

ASHRAE HPBD is highly preferred.

Experience in Stress and Hydraulic analysis is

preferred.

Thorough knowledge of Building Management

Systems design is a must.

District cooling and central utility plant design

experience is required

Sufficient understanding of BIM technology and

3D presentation

Great communication skill and a proven leader to

manage a global team of designers and engineers

Experienced in application and use of the

following Software packages:

1. Carrier HAP program.

2. ELITE Software.

3. Trane Trace software.

4. Any software for HVAC design
