Review tender documents and scope of work
Prepare Bid/ Tender Review Checklist
Prepare initial cost estimates
Prepare quantity take-off Request for quotations
(RFQ) and make comparative analysis.
Review and incorporate Pre-Bid Minutes impact,
Bid/Post- Bid Clarifications into the estimates
Prepare Budget of awarded projects when needed
Attend to Job – Explanation Meetings/ Site Visits.
Maintain the confidentiality of the assigned
projects – from tender price, Forms and
worksheets and estimation data
