Job Description:

Conducts trial mix as required by customer or as
necessary and assist the Quality Control Manager
in the preparation of Design Mix.
Conducts inspection, internal verification and
maintaining records of incoming raw materials,
laboratory equipment and ensures that only
acceptable (passed the Al company `s standard)
are used by Production.
Monitors schedule of external calibration for
laboratory equipment and ensure that no
equipment shall be overdue for calibration.
Conducts investigation on quality related
concerns such as complaints from the customer.
Conduct vendor assessment, site supervision and
verification of calibration reports of plant and
equipment.
Keep records on inspection, certificates, letters,
and other related Quality Control documents and
ensures disposal of records in accordance with
defined disposal period.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned
either in support of departmental goal or for
his/her personal or professional training,
education or development as programmed by
his/her immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of any 4-year course (Civil Engineering,
Chemical Engineering and other related sciences
course)
Min 2 years experience on similar field.
Knowledgeable in English vocabulary.
Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully.
