Job Description:

Activate the implementation of quality
management system within the company and to
raise awareness of the quality of both senior
management and employees of the company.
Responsibilities
Develop plans and policies for the
implementation of a quality management system
within the company.
Establish quality standards for both (input -
Operating and implementation processes -
outputs) any operation or activity of the
company's activities.
Representation of senior management in the
application of quality management system.
Management of Quality team.
Follow up the implementation and application
and activate the quality management system.
Establish work team for the Quality Management
System to be responsible for establish and
implement, develop and improve the company's
quality management system as well as confirm
the understanding of the system and its
requirements for all staff and the worlds of the
company.
Develop internal audit and participate in the
implementation of internal audits of various
departments of the company’s plans.
Identifying cases of non- conformity.
Follow up the implementation of corrective and
preventive actions for cases of non- conformity.
Submit a report to senior management on the
performance of the quality management system
and the improvement and development of the
system requirements.
Follow-up to prepare for the meetings of senior
management annually.
The company set up to inspection visits.
Follow up the implementation of the policies and
objectives of the company's quality.
Contact foreign approaching the issues related to
the quality management system.
Managing and directing quality and internal
auditor’s team.
Issuance of cases of non- conformity.
Provide all necessary resources to implement the
quality management system requirements.
Provide department budget.

Job Requirements:

Professional degree in Quality.
At least 7 - 10 Years’ Experience in the field of
catering & food quality with in well-known chain
of restaurants.
Ability to leadership and guidance
Ability to analyze problems and find suitable
foundations for effective decisions
Ability to manage time effectively and work under
difficult conditions
Ability to deal with the cultures and classes and
ages of different customers.
Communication skills such as courtesy , tact and
persuasion
Work effectively and efficiently within a team.
Use of computers and proficiency in Arabic and
English skills.
