1. Preparation for a board meeting as part ofher job duties.
2. Provide a service to all members of the board in connection to their roles as directors
3. Compilation and management of company files.
4. Preparation of invitations to board meetings and the AGM, in consultation with the chairman of the board.
Preparation the monthly reports and annual report, etc
1. 5-8 years of Experience handle the same tasks.
2. Fluent Arabic & English
3. ability to write high quality reports ( Arabia & English)
4. Ability to travel as job required 20 % travel to Cairo and 10 % may be out of Egypt.
5. Good Communication Skills ( Arabic & English)
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
