Job Description:

• Management of a commercial and contract management team. With minimum  20 person in  team before
• Commercially manage cost, revenue and procurement from tender through to project execution.
• Financial management of projects, including putting together bids for new work / projects.
• Contract negotiation of bids and contracts.
• Tender management.
• Winning new business and exploring new avenues of activity.
• Risk management and financial management.
• Claims preparation, management and analysis 
• Procurement, financial reporting and management of the supply chain.
• Checking and verification of payments/invoices/variations.

Job Requirements:

  •  Degree qualification in Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying or comparable experience with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction specifically in interior fit outs.
  •  Must have a commercially managed high end finish projects.
  •  Preference is given to those with international contracting backgrounds.
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, negotiating and relationship skills.
  •  Strong commercial awareness and client liaison skills as well as team leadership.
  • Candidates with experience working in an expatriate environment will be highly regarded.
