Job Description:

  • Compiling of the daily Liquid Position report
  • Ensure Liquid Position complies with minimum requirements at all times and that the report is handed in timeously and correctly to all relevant parties involved
  • Follow-up on omissions and differences
  • Authorize expenses and petty cash payments
  • Check and review other treasury specific general ledger accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of interbank movements and interest accruals
  • Prepare reconciliation pack of total treasury accounts
  • Prepare bank reconciliation for all company  bank accounts
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and projection
  •  Budget analysis (Compare Budgeted vs Actual figures) and inform manager of notable discrepancies
  • Continuously scrutinize and improve existing procedures
  • Ensure proper knowledge of systems and procedure
  • Primarily responsible for prompt and accuracy processing of Letter of Credit (L/C) and Letter of Guarantee (L/G) documents, ie. Issuance, related amendments& follow up tell receive the document and close the LC .
  • Able to communicate  with banks and make strong relation
  • Responsible for complete set-up of new credit loan files.
  • Review new/renewed loans for updated financial information and/or file deficiencies prior to approval process begin.
  • Responsible for insurance file for the company assets and product and fright insurance and make communication with the insurance company for the compensation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good User for MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
  • Very good English
