Job Description:

  • Reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email.
  • Answering calls and handling queries
  • Booking meetings for the manager
  • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Attend meetings on your boss's behalf
  • Writing minutes
  • Planning, organizing and managing events.
  •  Managing a budget.
  • Attending events/meetings as the principal's representative, conducting research on the internet.
  • Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters, preparing presentations.
  • Preparing papers for meetings.
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,

Job Requirements:

  • BSc. of Business Administration or any related field
  • 0-2 Years of Experience
  •  Should have good personality with very good inter-personal skills and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication Skills & Computer Skills
  • Very Good (Writing, Reading & Speaking) of English Language is must.
  • Presentable
  • Females Only
  • Single
  • Age less than 30
  • Ability to travel outside Qatar for attending meetings alone or with the staff
