Job Description:

  • Overall management responsibility for the operation of the Malls including product quality, cleanliness, maintenance, sales, housekeeping, marketing, and staff development and management.
  • Accustomed to successfully handling multitasks
  • Manages the Malls’ overall operation through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Promotes Malls’ policies and philosophies to employees and guests through direct and indirect interaction.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the selling, buying, leasing, or governance activities of commercial, industrial, or residential real estate properties.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
  • Maintain contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, and other agencies to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Meet with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determine priorities, and discuss the financial and operational status of properties.
  •  Purchase building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture.
  • Act as liaisons between on-site managers or tenants and owners.
  • Meet with boards of directors and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues or disputes between neighbors.
  • Review rents to ensure that they are in line with rental markets.
  • Market vacant space to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods.
  • Confer regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Negotiate with government leaders, businesses, special interest representatives, and utility companies to gain support for new projects and to eliminate potential obstacles.
  • Reporting to: Group's Executive Vice President for Project Management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any related Field.
  • MBA is Preferable.
  • 10 + Years of experience required in Shopping Malls Management is a must including 5 years of experience in the management of malls in the Gulf Area is a must.
  • Excellent Command of MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
  •  English Language Fluency
